What is the refund policy?
Returning items:
You may return an item within 30 days after the delivery date. The product must be unworn, not washed or damaged in anyway. Once the item is returned to us, we will inspect the product and evaluate if the product is in new condition. If the items are not in good condition, we will provide the option of having the item shipped back to you. However, you will be liable for the shipping cost.
If we decide that the product is in good condition, you will have the option of:
- A refund
- An exchange of the same value
- Credit towards a future purchase
Return Items:
You will need to pay for the shipping cost when returning and item as well as pay for the new item (in the case of an exchange).
Sales Items:
Any items that have been purchased with an automatic sale at checkout cannot be returned.
Fitt Haven complies to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty Items:
We quality control every item that is sent out to you. However, if the item you receive is faulty in any way we will offer a refund, store credit or exchange. Contact us via hello@fitthaven.com
Refunds:
Once we have inspected your return items, we will notify you if the refund is approved. You will then be refunded through your original payment method. Please note that it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to approved and process the refund.

What countries do you ship to?
We ship our products worldwide, however international orders cannot be sent to a PO Box. Please note, the prices quoted may not include all of your import duties or local sales taxes, these may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please note, Fredgies cannot cover the cost of duties & taxes. For more information, please contact your local customs office. We also currently only offer standard shipping for International which can take between 6-28 days to deliver.
When are you re-stocking your products?
We re-stock our products every few months, although, some items are limited edition only. Sign up to our emails or follow us on Instagram to keep track!
How do I wash and dry my products?
For the best results with your products, we recommend carefully following our care guide which can be found on the product.
Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order if we have not yet processed it. Please contact us as soon as you can to see if you are eligible. Items can be returned to us provided they meet the guidelines in our returns policy.
Do you accept Afterpay?
Yes! You should be given a choice of payment (including Afterpay) at the checkout.
Do you have free shipping?
We offer free shipping on Domestic orders over $120.
How long will it take to dispatch my item?
We will dispatch your item as fast as possible. We predict it will take 12-48 hours, however, on launch events it may take longer.
